When will my order be delivered?
We ship within North America. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered between 3-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.
Can I return my product?
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition upon receipt of the return. Any item damaged during the return process will not be reimbursed.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. However, these are delicate pieces experiencing turbulent transits. If you receive a damaged piece, please send us a picture of the product, the packaging, and the box condition in which it was received and we will send replacements or issue a refund.
